NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council will hold public hearings on November 9, 2020 and November 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible during their Regular City Council meeting, which will take place remotely, to take public comment on the following:

 

The 2020-2021 Preliminary Biennial Budget has been filed with the City Clerk. The Preliminary Budget is available to view online at: https://www.cob.org/gov/budget and hard copies are available to view upon request at (360) 778-8110.

 

Detailed information can be found at: meetings.cob.org five days prior to the public hearing.

Anyone wishing to comment on this item is invited to do so. Advanced testimony by mail, email, and telephone is accepted and strongly encouraged by sending comments to the Council Office, 210 Lottie Street, ccmail@cob.org, phone (360) 778-8200 or fax (360) 778-8101 to be received prior to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 4, to be included in the agenda packet. Comment received after that will be distributed to Council but not included in the published packet. Anyone wishing to testify live during the public hearing can do so by registering at the following link: www.cob.org/cc110920. This link can be used before the meeting to pre-register or during the meeting to register and immediately join the meeting. Pre-registration is encouraged.
